Confidence Engine Privacy Notice

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Summary

Confidence Engine is an iOS app for adults. Almost everything happens on the device. The full details follow below.

1. Who We Are

Confidence Engine is published by Altipoint LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). When this notice says “Confidence Engine” or “the Service,” it means the Confidence Engine iOS app.

2. Eligibility

Confidence Engine is for adults. Users must be at least 18 years old. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. If we become aware that someone under 18 is using the Service, we will take appropriate steps to address it.

3. What We Collect

No account

Confidence Engine does not require an account, registration, or login. You use the app anonymously. We do not collect your name, email address, or Apple ID. Any profile you create (such as a display name) is stored only on your device.

User content (on-device only)

Top Ten entries, affirmations, Power Scripts and recorded audio, C-B-A notes, IPR logs, Doorway entries, reflections, Victory Vision content, and photos used inside the app. This content is created and stored on your device. We do not upload it to our servers. The only exception is voice audio used for speech-to-text, described next.

Voice features and Apple speech recognition

When you use a voice or dictation feature (for example, recording a Power Script), the app uses Apple’s built-in speech-recognition service to convert speech to text. To improve accuracy, this service may send the audio to Apple’s servers, where it is processed under Apple’s privacy policy. Altipoint does not receive, store, or have access to that audio. The resulting transcript and any recording you save remain on your device.

Support correspondence

If you email us for support, we keep that correspondence so we can respond.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, calendar data, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or payment card numbers.

Content created in the app — affirmations, reflections, wellness routines, Victory Vision images — may be considered health-related information under some laws. Because this content stays on the device, we do not have access to it. The Service is not a medical or mental-health service, and we are not a healthcare provider.

4. How the App Works

Confidence Engine is designed to operate on the device. User content is created, stored, and processed locally on the iPhone. The app has no account or login. The only user content that leaves the device is the voice audio sent to Apple for speech-to-text when you use a voice feature, as described in Section 3.

Confidence Engine does not use AI to generate user-facing content. Confidence Engine does not use AI to make decisions affecting users.

5. How We Use Information

We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use user content to train AI models.

6. Service Providers and Disclosure

Confidence Engine does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or account/authentication providers. The app relies on Apple’s operating-system services, including Apple’s speech-recognition service for voice features, which processes voice audio as described in Section 3 under Apple’s privacy policy.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to a successor entity in connection with a merger or acquisition.

We do not voluntarily disclose personal information to law enforcement unless we believe there is an imminent risk of serious harm. We do not disclose personal information to advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics providers.

7. Where Data Is Processed

Confidence Engine is offered in the United States. Your content stays on your device. Voice audio used for speech-to-text is processed by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy.

8. How Long We Keep It

9. Rights

Where applicable law provides rights regarding personal information, those rights will be honored. Depending on jurisdiction, these may include the right to:

Because your content stays on your device and we do not keep a copy, you control it directly: you can remove items within the app, and uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of it. For any other rights request, email us at confidence@readywithin.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and in any event within 45 days. No fee will be charged for exercising these rights, and no discrimination will result. If a request is denied, we will explain why and how to appeal.

10. Security

Your content is stored on your device and is protected by your device’s built-in security, including device encryption when you set a passcode. Voice audio sent to Apple for speech-to-text is protected in transit and handled under Apple’s security and privacy practices. Because we do not store your content on our servers, there is no server-side copy for us to secure. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a security incident affecting personal information in our control, we will notify affected users and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

11. Cookies and Tracking

Confidence Engine is a native iOS app. It does not use cookies, advertising SDKs, or advertising identifiers. It does not track users across other apps or websites.

12. Wellness Disclaimer

Confidence Engine provides tools for mental-performance practice. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, or therapy services. Users experiencing a mental-health condition should consult a qualified professional. In a crisis, contact emergency services or dial/text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the U.S.

13. Contact

For privacy questions or rights requests, email us at confidence@readywithin.com. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app.

14. Changes to This Notice

If we make a meaningful change, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify users through the app before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance. Users who do not agree may stop using the app and uninstall it.
